Returns and Order Cancellation

If you are dissatisfied with your purchases, we will exchange or give you a full refund (excluding delivery and packaging) provided that you return them to us undamaged and in their original packaging. We need to be made aware of this return within 7 days of receipt. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for the costs in returning the goods to us.

Prior to returning goods, for any reason, you MUST obtain a valid returns authorisation ID from us. Please contact us to request your ID. Full instructions on how to return your goods will be given.

Goods returned to MoviePostersDirect without a valid authorisation ID will not be checked. Movie Posters Direct reserve the right to charge postage to return goods to the customer.

How to Cancel Orders

Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. To cancel your order contact us with your order number and your instruction to cancel.
